1 Hour with Shaun Ward

A little combo swell is running and everyone is getting their fair share. On this day, Ward and I tried to pull a stealth mission only to find all the boys down the beach doing a photo session. Nevertheless, Shaun found a little peak and ripped it by himself for an hour.

Ah, it's as though summer is official over. This morning it was cold, gloomy, uncrowded, and all the boys were pumped.

While the stickered out, bright wetsuited PROS wrapped big carves and stuck airs, the local BROS fought back with snaps, floats, and a few combos. Everyone was ripping.

1 Morning with Brett Simpson

Simpo's back from Tahiti and amping for Lowers. All the groms, tourists, and locals were giddy when they noticed and quick to congratulate him on his US Open win. Brett graciously and humbly thanked each of them and shredded his way through the line up.

HB Invades Newport

While a lot of the pros are out of town, the remainder of the locals crashed 54th street yesterday morning to rip a couple of little peaks.
